The scale portion of the item seems to work really well. The body fat analysis has significant daily variations. I believe that if you are looking for long term body fat results, you could chart the figures and get a good trend on the general movement of your body fat. The changes from one day to the next are just too great for me to feel good about using the scale as I intended - which was to occasionally check my body fat to see where I am at.

The scale portion is very accurate but that isn't why I bought the scale. I am disappointed with the body fat portion and would not recommend it to anyone.
