The Bottom Line: The T-Fal Ultrabase Nonstick Sautee Pan 94324 is a godsend, I think everyone should have it, it really makes cooking and clean-up seem effortless.

I just had to write a review when I saw the T-fal Ultrabase Nonstick Sautee 94324 pan. I bought this pan at my local K-Mart about three to four years ago. After using my mother's mother's hand-me-down appliances for years, I had no idea that scraping and scrubbing a pot didn't have to be like that. I picked out this pan for my birthday gift from my boyfriend, that is how bad I needed to try out this T-fal "miracle" surface cookware. I first tried some other brands, but they either were too big or small, or way to heavy to even imagine lifting with food cooking in it. I didn't buy a set, I've been burned before with falling for gimmicks that were to good to be true. I now have a few pieces on my Christmas list, I mostly use this pan for everything. Once, I accidently forgot I had the stove on and the food was totally burned in the pan, but to my surprise, a little soapy water and mild surfaced sponge removed every speck in less than a minute, without hard scrubbing or much effort at all (avoid the use of abrasives or metal utensils on this product or it will scratch the surface). I also seem to use virtually no oil or butter, just a quick spray of non-stick spray. I am so hooked on this pan, that I want to get another one to save just in case they stop making them for some reason! Oh, and the lid has a valve on it so you can leave the steam in or out, and that is helpful also. I rate this product very highly and would definitely recommend this pan to those who don't have the space for every size pan, it virtually replaces all of those pans that are in between sizes and even medium to large sizes. Besides that, it makes cooking and clean-up quick and almost effortless!
