Sorry to hear about your stay. Unfortunately, you're sitting at a somewhat helpful rating, making your review invisible to the general public. That can easily be fixed by adding some details about the room (was it small? was the bed comfortable? the bathroom clean? etc.) and the other amenities. Many people like to see the whole picture, even if it is just one aspect that makes it horrible overall. When updated sufficiently, you'll get a rating of Helpful or better, which will make your review visible to consumers.
