Replaced Motor After Two Weeks

Pros: Stable, quiet at first.
Cons: Replaced motor within two weeks, display contrast.
The Bottom Line: It's a good machine with a good warranty. Just be prepared to deal with any reliability and service issues.

Unlike many people who purchased this treadmill, I was fortunate enough to try out at the local fitness store. It was impressive, very quiet and stable, especially in comparison to the Smooth 5.0P (Loud, not to stable, many service issues) and the Vision.
Less than two weeks after it was delivered, my wife noticed a loud "whining" noise, the treadmill was no longer as quiet as it was when we first purchased it (and the store model). It turned out to be the motor "giving in" each time my foot made contact with the belt. The motor was replaced and the whining is no longer as noticable. Actually, I plan on visiting the fitness store to compare once again. The main reason we bought this treadmill is because it's not as loud as most!
If it starts making the noise again, I'm returning this machine!
Besides that, the display should allow you to set the contrast, it's pretty difficult to see at certain angles.
The service technician that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I found that leaving messages to request a repair wasn't very effective. In addition to leaving messages, I continuosly called until the person responsible answered his phone.
Also, the delivery guys were very rude.
Update:
A week after the motor was replaced the rear roller started to make noise. As you can imagine I was pretty upset at this point and contacted the local store I purchased it from. We both agreed that maybe I just got a lemon. They replaced the deck and I'm happy (relieved) to say I haven't had any problems since (~4 months afterwards). It is still reasonably quiet and stable.
