Pros: Can't think of any - too much blinding pain...
Cons: The pillowtop "normal body impressions" are WAY too uncomfortable and appeared after about 6 months.
The Bottom Line: Know what you're paying for - look at the number of coils and avoid the pillowtop.

| tapperal's Full Review: Simmons Beautyrest Mattress |
I purchased a king sized Simmons Beautyrest Mattress - World Class Alexander Pillowtop. After 4 years the indentations are so deep I find myself sleeping in the other bedroom on a mattress that is near 20 years old (I way 170lbs my wife is significantly less).
Read the warranty CAREFULLY. If you ever have a problem like we did, you cannot have ANY marks on the mattress - the sag must be greater than 2 3/4" and they will only give you credit against the full retail price of a new mattress. This means if you bought your mattress for $2000 at one of the usual 50% off sales, you will at a maximum get $2000 towards the purchase of a mattress that will cost you $4000 (full retail). In other words, the warranty is completely useless.
Additionally, the motion separation index - the reason we bought the mattress, does not include the frame. So make sure your bed frame is bolted to the floor. DO NOT USE THE WHEELED version of bed frames, as you will not get the support the necessary to take advantage of the motion separation index.
My suggestion is to buy one of the firm mattresses without the pillow top and get a memory mattress topper. We finally bought one at Costco for $139.00 for a king size. When it wears out, we can replace it at a very low cost rather than ending up with the "NORMAL" impressions the pillowtop offers that have caused us so much back pain.
