Pros: Memory foam on top is soft, puts it a level higher than the run-of-the-mill airbeds.
Cons: The pump does not take batteries and requires a long period of charging before use.
The Bottom Line: Very comfortable. Good customer service if you have leakage issues.

I bought the Iso-Comfort Sofina Bed from Sam's club also. Used it 3 times and never could get it to stay inflated for more than three hours. (I've got to say though, that when it *was* inflated, it was the most comfortable air mattress I've ever lain upon).
Sam's Club was no help in putting me in touch with the company to express my dissatisfaction with the product. I had lost my receipt and could not return the item to the store for the price I paid for it. I did, however, finally manage to get a hold of the Sofina Corporation by calling 1-888-338-6929. I was on hold for a while, which was annoying, but when I finally talked to a (extremely helpful and courteous) customer service representative, he told me they would be happy to send me a new air mattress if I would send them in the "Warning" label cut from the area by valve #1. They said that a new mattress would ship in 1 day from their receiving the label/my contact information/reference number.
I'm looking forward to using the new mattress. I don't know if the deflating was unique to my first mattress or not, but hopefully the new one will not have that problem when it arrives.
