Pros: I really cannot think of any.
Cons: Gains air during the night. At 100 the bed looks worn out when made.
The Bottom Line: The bottom line is I would not recommend this bed to anyone. Too expensive and their customer service is lousy.

I have wanted to buy this bed for some time now and boy am I a fool. Both my boyfriend and I have lower back pain on a daily basis and I was so excited about getting this bed and thought all our pain is gone, we were wrong. I will admit some of our back pain has slightly improved but the sales person promised that we will see a huge difference is not true. They also promised that the arm numbness and tingling will also go away. WRONG AGAIN!!! In the five months that we owned the bed we have had to take it apart 4 times to either add foam(which is customer service fix for everything) or remove foam or add it again and the fourth time was to fix the frame that is falling apart because the installers forgot to tighten the wing nuts on all the legs on one side. Well I really thought that spending $3,300.00 on a Sleep Number Bed I will really get some good ZZZZZZZZZZZZ's WRONG AGAIN!!!!!! Now when we go to bed we are really stressed out because the don't tell you that during the night your number will change and if you sleep on a low number you will need a push to get out of bed because you are laying in a hole. One more thing if you like to make your bed and have it look nice forget it. It looks like it is 30 years old when you have it totaly inflated.
