Pros: Relatively inexpensive
4 DDR DIMM slots
Reasonably fast
Onboard sound (a plus for me)
Cons: IDE and ATX Power connection layout needs work
No other onboard peripherals
The Bottom Line: A solid buy, now selling for less than half of what I paid.

Always stable, mine's been chugging along over a year now. Technology i supposed to work this way - I've got absolutely no complaints. I would recommend this board or its successor, the M7VIF (uses DDR333 instead of DDR266) to anybody.
I may be crazy, but I think it may be a bit big for a single-processor board. It fit in my case just fine, but it's a bit of a pain to get it in and out - not that the case doesn't have anything to do with that... :-)
One pointer: when I replaced the Northbridge Heatsink/Fan combo with a larger heatsink, it wouldn't boot into windows right away - I had to disable the Health Monitor display on startup. The system was confused because the fan wasn't there to draw power.
