The Bottom Line: Check out HP or even Minolta before you buy one of these monstrosities.

These printers are used at a nationwide investment firm's offices. From the moment they were installed there were troubles. The clips that hold the transfer belt in place were breaking constantly so Xerox redesigned them TWICE! The first time, they only made them thicker. The second time, they got their heads out of their butts and used a better grade of plastic. After that, there was the registration clutch replacement on all machines, then the lousy transfer belts that they finally redesigned, and now the imaging drum contact springs. The people in the offices hate how they have to change the toners, drums, and transfer belt all the time, even though they print very little in color. The toner carts also leak toner a lot so it's always a mess inside and the toner gets into the drums and clogs them up as well.
They're a pain to disassemble and replace the tiny fan that sits under the chassis. In fact, having to do just about anything not involving the consumer-replaceable units requires a complete tear-down of the chassis. Why didn't they design it so you could remove a few screws and take the chassis off the base without disassembly?
The HP Laserjets that a few offices still have are great printers! There's rarely ever any trouble with them.
