Mine didn't sit level. It leaned forward. Maybe it was designed this way but I don't think so.

many people having the same problem with this chair. You are right, it ought to be tested first and apparently it wasn't.

If you're looking for a company that tests its products on actual children, before marketing the product... that company would be "The First Years". I know, I am a member of their "Parent Council", and have tested (or should I say, my son has tested) many products for them, before they're available to the general public. Also, If you're thinking of becoming involved with something like that, visit them at www.thefirstyears.com. You can sign up for the parent council there.
P.S. You get to KEEP the product you've tested.

Try mixing some baking soda with a little water....use that to try to remove the pasta sauce stains.
