I've used several bags this summer under the following conditions.
1. Pot sits in correct sunshine with Miracle Grow PMF. 2. Pot sits in correct sunshine without Miracle Grow PMF.
The result is there is a slight difference between the pots with Miracle Grow PMF and those without it.
The plain pots are lagging behind the boosted pots but not a lot. To be fair, the plain pots have good soil. I suspect if I would have added some manure to the plain soil both sides of the experiment would be too close to call.

Personally I’m against using pre-mixed soil and fertilizer. What you are paying for is a bag of dirt and a tiny sprinkle of fertilizer which by nature of use must be time released. This is because Miracle Grow PMF is advertised as feeding your plant for up to three months.
