I bought this at Goodwill for $20 and it was in PERFECT condition and the only thing that was missing was the phone inside. My son is 14 months old and he loves this playhouse. It is at my mom's house right now because I ran out of room for Little Tykes stuff in my apartment! Every day my son goes over there the first thing he goes to is the playhouse. He opens the door walk/crawls in and goes and opens and closes the shutter windows and plays peek-a-boo. The cat and dog go in there with him and I really think that there playing... but how can a dog and a one year old communicate??
I really like how long this has held up and is still in good condition. I have never owned anything made by Little Tykes that didn't last years. Also this playhouse makes a great place to put his little pool when there is no shade! It fits right inside the playhouse and he has instant shade!
The only thing I didn't like about this house is that after a few months of my son opening and closing the door, it is starting to come off the hinges.. I dont know if it's an easy thing to fix or not but if it's too much to fix then he'll just have a playhouse without a door :)
All in all... I LOVE LITTLE TYKES!!!
