I recently purchased this camera, I LOVE IT.
It has several scene modes, Sports, landscape, portrait, fireworks just to name a few.
It is a 50X Zoom, 10X optical, and zooms right in. The only disadvantage to that is that if you are in a low light setting and zoom in that far the flash won't give you as great as results. If you are in a normal light setting the zoom is awesome and clear.
This camera takes awesome soft looking pictures. I fell in love with it all over again after having my husband take a close up of my daughters and I. The blue in my eyes stand out, and the girls brown eyes look true brown.
I love the video feature also. I use it often, it also has sound with it.
The camera is a 5.1 Megapixel with 32 meg of memory built in. It comes with a neck strap and lens cover. Operates on CRV3 batteries or Double A batteries.
I use the CRV3 and they last a long time in it.
I would highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for one.
Kodak has a great website and you can purchase from their site as well. You can also purchase reburbished ones also.
