The great thing about Barleycorn is that it's great for a dinner with friends or family and also a great hotspot on the weekends. They have a huge beer garden with waterfalls, stone sculptures and more. The atmosphere is great and I always seem to run into an old friend out for happy hour or just dinner.
Barleycorn's has 2 bar areas within the place so you never wait too long for a drink even on the crowded nights. You won't find bottled beer here either, but they have a huge assortment of draft beers so there's something for everyone.
The food is also great with huge portions! I love the Barleycorn Grill sandwich--grilled turkey, cheese, canadian bacon and grilled onions. They also have great burgers and salads, tuna melt, Philly cheesesteak, pastas and more. There really is something for everyone. There fries are definetly a favorite too.
If you're going here on a weekend night, get here early cause the place fills fast--especially the beer garden. Dress is pretty casual too and the crowd is typically in the 21-30ish range on weekend nights. Be sure to check out the beer garden this summer!
