| moogoogaipan's Full Review: Audiovox CD-3010 X Car CD Player |
I bought this so I could plug my RioVolt Blue into it. I think this thing sounds great for the money.
The CD player is good for a backup, but one thing that is annoying is that it restarts the song on the CD when you restart the vehicle. In contrast, other CD players I have owned go back to the last second played.
Also, setting the display options on this beast is in the league of solving a Rubik's Cube.
My display now defaults to the damn track number (or "AUX" when the MP3 player is plugged in - very useful - not!), instead of the time, and I am having a hell of a time finding the way to set it back to "clock priority".
I think it sounds great, was dirt cheap, and has a ton of radio presets (OTOH, setting them is a Class A pain in the butt - the manual tuning on this thing is a nightmare!)
Worth a $100, for sure. Got mine at Best Buy with a free pair of 6x9's. Wait for the deal...
