Pros: Really does work! Doesnt dry the hair either like other shampoos do.
Cons: More expensive and not as sweet smelling as some other shampoos out in the market.
The Bottom Line: Head and Shoulders works better than other antidandruff shampoos without leaving your hair dry and course.

| st3rlite's Full Review: Head and Shoulders Normal |
I don't have a major dandruff problem but every now and then, particularly when the weather changes from hot to cold, or cold to hot, I get the itchy scalp and if not treated, days later there I will be with white flecks all over!
I've tried several antidandruff shampoos, most which helped but left my hair feeling dry and straw like! Maybe it was all that medicated stuff inside!
I shampoo my hair every single day, so the more I would wash, the drier my hair would become no matter what conditioner I would use afterwards.
So I was in search of an antidandruff shampoo that was also more like a normal daily shampoo. Soon enough Head and Shoulders ads started appearing and let me tell you, the ads are pretty impressive.
I am now on my 7th or 8th bottle of Head and Shoulders and my hair feels great. It is normal - so the shampoo does the standard job of cleaning without drying - really does control the itches and flakiness associated with dandruff, and feels gentle.
I dont notice that it has any off putting medicated smell like some other shampoos do, although it doesnt compare to all those newer sweet floral smelling shampoos either :)
Head and Shoulders also has a pretty decent conditioner, but I don't tend to use it as I only need dandruff control on my scalp and never use conditioner there :)
