It seems like you know a thing or three about cars, but to get the good rating I am sure you want, do try discussing the specifics a little bit more, almost like a car magazine article. It's a good review and a great skeleton, but Epinions.com is looking for something a bit more detailed.

This could be a more helpful review if you could update it to include more detail on the performance. Since it is a all season tire, and you said it was not a winter tire, it would help to say something about how much snow or ice it will deal with.
