I used to be a doubter. Nah, why do we need wheels on the carseat? It was another "thing" to bring. After two trips, I was a doubter no more. The Go Go Kidz Wheels are totally worth it!
I have two, an older model where the wheels are fixed and newer model which has removable wheels. The ones on sale now have the removal wheels, which is really nice to have. Both work with the Britax Marathon and Britax Roundabout.
Taking the Go Go Kidz through airport security Is getting easier. It used to be that I would have to remove it from the car seat so that the carseat could go through the X-Ray. Now they'll just test run a test to see what substances are on it. I could of told them what's on there, milk, juice, cookie crumbs, raisins, some tears, etc.
The kids love getting pushed around the airport and people take notice. I've used it a number of times in numerous airports across the US and Mexico. Pushing the kids around it easy, the Go Go Kidz is light and provides great handling especially if you are running. If the kids want to walk you have a spot for a backpack. No matter where I'm using the Go Go Kidz people are always pointing and smiling. Adults think it's cute. Some even ask whether I like it or not, it's always an emphatic YES.
Attaching and removing the Go Go Kidz device to the Marathon or Roundabout is fairly simple. The removable wheels are key, especially if you are using it in the plane.
Warning: If you are thinking of using it on the plane like I do then be warned that getting the seatbelt through the back of the carseat can be slightly painful for medium to large size hands.
