Ok..thanks for the (Reply to this comment)

feedback..the bold is gone except for headings. Long reviews are getting rare and personally I like long reviews to be in bold in case I don't want to read each word I assume the reviewer is picking out some key issues to read. However, I will eliminate them as requested.
About a year ago, there was a comment about the mixing of italics and bold....I remember that but I don't mix the two except to put the very beginning in italics.
Again thanks for the feedback and thanks for reading. jo

I, too, didn't care for all the boldened words. It's like too much shouting. People don't listen after a while. I don't really have any hero in the diet book world. They usually contribute something, but this one sounds boring.

Well since I turn 42 next week I thought this might be worth placing on my wish list and heading over to the library site and place a hold on this.
I figured last year I read Fight Fat after forty and nothing worked yet. I still have to get Suzanne Sommers book and peruse the contents.
Maybe from a male perspective I can get with the program.
I also have to agree with Cindy on the bolding. I recall like a year ago leaving a comment saying how I had a headache from going back and forth, but that included reading from a partner site with colors that was too much to bear.
I actually was trying to figure out what the bold is intended to imply and it distracts me from the review, just thought I would mention it as well.
I think it might be time to see an Eye Doctor.

This sounds interesting (Reply to this comment)

I like to look at books like these, and am always grateful for advice on whether or not to buy. I appreciate the tip.
One thing about the review, and this is probably going to sound very picky, but the over-use of bolding in the text of your review drove me nuts! It seems very random, and as you used so much, I had to read the review twice, as the first time I became so distracted over wondering just where the next bolded bit was going to show up that I totally lost the thread of the article. Maybe a line here and there for emphasis, as it makes the page look nicer- but using large amounts of bolded text in nearly every paragraph is totally overwhelming, in my opinion.
Great writing, interesting topic, so you got your VH. Sorry for being picky about the appearance of your review, but the bolding really gave me a headache.
Regards,
Cindy

. . . sailor, Jo. I have no problem with food because I stick with my seafood diet.
You know -
I see food - and I eat it!
[Sorry, that is time worn but I simply couldn't resist.]
Nice posting.
