Pros: Great views, bathrooms have been updated, location
Cons: Rooms are a little outdated
The Bottom Line: One of the tallest hotels in the city. Again, an older hotel, but if you're only here for a couple nights, the views and little patios are quite nice.

Great view of the lake (assuming you get a high floor). Somewhat dated, but bathrooms look refurbished and things were clean.
No double or queen beds, just two single beds pushed together.
Great location, right on the promenade for walking along the waterfront. Continental breakfast wasn't bad, can't comment on price value since part of package. The lobby was big and comfortable enough, but we didn't use it too much. I didn't believe it had a traditional lobby bar like most hotels, at least we didn't see one, just the regular hotel restaurant where we ate breakfast.
Proximity to promenade can't be overstated. You can literally walk right outside the hotel door and out to the promenade (which most I would assume all, but can't be sure, I'd ask to make sure your room looks out to the lake and promenade) and see palm trees and snow-apped mountains and have an ice cream and go for a stroll, it is fantastic. you are also not that far from the train station if you decide to take the panoramic train (which we did, also well worth the money).
PS The naming of the hotel can be a little confusing. In some references, it is labeled as Best Western Eurotel Riviera, so if you look for other reviews, try under that name.
