Personal Experience As a sucker for consumerism, I have bought and experimented with the most popular brands of Protein shakes available on the market. I'd have to say that Muscle Milk delivered the best results for virtually all aspects of recovery, muscle-growth, taste, and even fat-loss. I lift six times a week, M=my bench-press is 310 lbs. and my squat is 315 lbs. I drank 2 servings(total of 4 scoops) of Muscle Milk every day for 3 weeks and I actually broke through plateaus(increased bench by 10 lbs. and squat by 20 lbs.), looked significantly bigger, and lost some fat weight. I think it's safe to say that my improvements had a direct correlation to my Muscle Milk usage.
How I Used this Product I drank one serving(2 scoops) of Muscle Milk after a workout and then drank another serving before I went to bed. These are optimal times to consume protein because your body's optimal nutrient absorption and utilization abilities occur within a 30 minute window AFTER you workout and a long night of sleep can actually catabolize muscles.
