Prior to moving to our current location, I worked less than a block from Bruegger's. I ate there all the time because it was so close and fast. I really miss Bruegger's.
Sometimes I'd start my day with their cinnamon raisin bagel. The honey walnut spread is tasty.
My favorite lunch was the salt or plain bagel with the garden veggie spread. They have lots of topping choices as well as spread choices. The cucumber dill spread was also very good.
Their Wisconsin cheese soup is awesome. They have other soups but none compare to the cheese soup. I would get a bagel and soup for less than $5 (that's been awhile so it may be more by now). I thought that was a pretty good deal.
I was thrilled when they got a Bruegger's in my hometown and saddened when it closed. I think it was related to their location but don't know that for a fact.
I've tried a couple other bagel places in different locations but prefer Bruegger's.
