I have many body moisturizers, I usually prefer body butters, but one of my favorite body creams is the Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Pleasures Body Cream. This is from back in the day before they introduced all the other brands to their stores and before their packaging got fancy.
This cream comes in a squeeze tube holding 8 ounces of product. The lid can screw off or lift off for easy dispensing. This body cream is available in tons and tons of scents, and new ones are being introduced all the time. Currently it is available in 24 scents. One of my favorites is the Coconut lime verbena scent.
The packaging of some scents takes over the whole tube in decoration, but some are rather boring in comparison. My Coconut Lime Verbena nude is cream colored with an open coconut and a branch with two small limes in it.
This cream is thick and creamy, it isn’t as thick as a body butter, but thick like a good quality body cream. I love this scent it is clean, refreshing and crisp. The coconut and lime are the perfect combination.
I use this cream all over my arms and legs. It quickly absorbs into my skin and never leaves any residue. The scent lasts around an hour and my skin stays moisturized most of the day, especially during the summer moths. This is not the most intense moisturizer for use during the wintertime.
Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum), Isopropyl Palmitate, Stearic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Glyceryl Stearate, Fragrance (Parfum), Papain, Bromelain, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Extract, Lippia Citriodora (Lemon Verbena) Flower Extract, Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Pinus Sylvestris Cone Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Dimethicone, Propylene Glycol, Acetylated Lanolin, Honey (Mel), Cetyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Disodium EDTA, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Blue 1, Red 33, Yellow 5.
I recommend anyone looking for a good body cream to get one of the Pleasures Body Creams in their favorite scent. These are available at Bath & Body Works stores and at www.bathandbodyworks.com. Each tube is $10.50.
