Pros: Tastes okay, quickly dissolves in water, keep me from getting sick.
Cons: Who knows if it really is the best option; kind of pricey.
The Bottom Line: I tell people to use it, even though I'm often faced with skepticism. My family and many co-workers use it; it seems to do the trick.

| lulaah's Full Review: Airborne Effervescent Health Formula Dietary Suppl... |
I recently stocked up on Airborne by buying 9 cases all at once. I did this because I have been very pleased with the product this year and because I have begun to feel that it is vital to my job. I work in an elementary school where little kids cough and sneeze on me all day. Although I am very careful and wash my hands all the time, you can never be too cautious. Last year I was sick for about three months straight with a constant cold that stuffed me, and I decided early on that I wasn't going to have a repeat of last year. I haven't really gotten sick so far, and the few times that I seem to begin to, my colds and coughs do clear up in a matter of days rather than a few months like before. But does it *actually* work? I've read research on this and the best response to this query that I can find is that Airborne isn't going to hurt you if you keep taking it; no claims as to whether or not it is medically shown to keep you from getting sick. So who knows how much of it is really in my head, like a placebo effect, and how much of it is genuinely strengthening my immune system. Regardless, my results so far have been pretty good, so I will stick with it.
