I have had a terrible experience at www.bluetoothdirect.com. I can only say, "Never Shop Here".
I contacted bluetoothdirect.com about a headset that they had for sale. They asked me to purchase it through Ebay. I followed the instructions and paid via PayPal.
It took a long time to get my order processed. They shipped me the wrong product and would not take a return or swap the merchandise. The product he sent was an inferior product that was worth half the price. He would not send me the difference in price.
Eric Nyce runs Bluetoothdirect.com . He threatens and swears at anyone who has a dispute with him. He is a liar and a con artist. I left him negative feedback on ebay. He then wrote in my feedback that I am a fraudulent user and issued a chargeback on my credit card. How could that be possible when I paid via Paypal.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, on the internet or in person.
Item was smashed into a package and poorly packaged. It was also visibly and physically broken right out of the box. Be very wary of this seller!
Also be very wary of the positive reviews that you see on this page! The one visible non-express feedback was left by a member (name) that is used by this vendor. Several of the others look suspicious as well...

I purchased a Free Speak wireless headset from ETechStuff.com formerly bluetoothdirect.com and must say that after I read all of these reviews I became quite nervous. While I will say that customer service could be improved (as far as just a quick email or callback) the fact of the matter is I got my headset (brand new in the box) exactly when I was supposed to receive it. Honestly it is my opinion that some of the opinions listed in this forum were probably submitted by ETechStuff's competition (considering the fact that it was a competitor's website that directed me to the Epinion's page).

Story in short:
Ebay posting said they accepted PayPal but they only took orders through their website. Their payment system refused to accept my credit card (2 cards tried). After weeks of trying to rectify the situation I simply sent a CERTIFIED check. BIG MISTAKE. He took the money and ran. Said payment was not received and eventually stopped returning emails.
Points to note:
+I used USPS with signature confirmation to send CERTIFIED check so I know he got payment.
+I have printed document from my bank stating the check was cashed.
+I faxed him proof of all this and he said he did not get it. (3 ATTEMPTS!!!)
+Asked for physical address to mail documents to and have not heard from since.
+I conducted another Ebay auction about 2 days after starting this one, with PayPal and fist card tried. Everything went great with that seller.
+Many negative feedbacks on Ebay stating similar experience.
Recently, I ordered a headset from this company and paid via a credit card. I kept checking and checking on this order and from that day until Tuesday of this week it hadn't been approved. Finally Tuesday morning it was approved and then on the 31st it was finally shipped.
I am not happy at all with this company. If you are going to run a company with Customer Care/Service, ANSWER THE EMAILS AND THE PHONE CALLS. I must have called 1-800-865-3884 about one hundred times and NOT ONE PERSON picked up the phone. This has caused a great deal of stress for me because I didn't know if I had just been screwed or anything. This is a poor way to run a company. Buyer be careful, there isn't same day shipping, there isn't same day approval, there isn't customer care/service, there is just a site, a fake number and email. If you have problems, file with the BBB.

VERY POOR customer support and support. This vendor would not correct a duplicated order, event 10 minutes after it happened. They also would not allow me to cancel the order, stating that it is already in shipping and too late to change. Buyer beware!

I do not know where to begin! We have been back to them for I think 10 orders now. Always well educated and professional staff greeted our email questions and request promptly. We have seen just about all of our orders go out the same day we ordered them. I wanted an item in a real hurry and they made an exception and shipped the item out late on a Friday night, so I could get it in my hands on Saturday. What a blast! You will have nothing to worry about here, purchase with confidence!

I to am having a bad time with this company. My wife made a mistake and ordered the wrong product, I contacted them with in there 7 day period, they did not contact me till the 8th day and told me I was past there 7 day limit. I have sent 2 other email and they have not responded to either. It was my mistake to not read up on this company first... Please do not shop at Bluetoothdirect.com or you could end up like me with a product I can not use and no response from the company.

Where do I begin? I won the auction on ebay. They did not ship me my headset. I asked for a refund threatening them I'd leave a negative feedback, and in response, they left me a negative feedback saying i was a scammer. I never did get my refund.

Awesome experience here. We have made 2 orders with them. They got the item out the day we ordered it and it arrived 2 days later by UPS ground. They have the best prices on anywhere we could search. They answered my email questions in 1 hour, and had no problems speaking to someone about my order question using their online text chat with customer svc.
