I ordered a 3M filter mask and various filters with ground shipping on 9/17, and they did not arrive until 10/11. On the main page, they stated they were not working on Thurs and Fri for two weeks in a row. If I had known it would take so long to ship, I would have chosen a different vendor. Price was great, customer service could be improved.
