The purchase was fast and easy. We got the newest phones and bluetooth headsets out there at a significantly reduced price. Will be free once the rebate is processed. The phones came ready to go, no long setup required. I will be recommending wirefly to my friends when they are in the market for cell service!

Terrible. Rip-off. Would not fix defective phone!

Bought a Motorola Razr phone from Wirefly.com. The phone worked fine but after a few months, the keypad does not respond and the display turns off intermitently. Tried to get it fixed to wirefly.com said they only replace phone for the first 30 days, although all I wanted is to get the phone fixed within the 1 year warranty period. In short, they will not fix it. So, I called the manufacturer which is Motorola, and found out that the phone was not a US Phone and they will not cover it. All they can offer is an exchange for $179 dollars. Explained to motorola but they refused to cover it! I have the invoice from Firely that the phone was purchased less than 1 year ago! So, beware about Wirefly.com. and Motorola Razr phones. Nobody wantsm to help here!

Terrible experience with Wirefly/Inphonic. Phone was sent but the order hadn't been placed with Verizon for activation. I was told to wait up to 48 hours (after a week of waiting for the phone) for the activation order. Verizon wound up having to manually conference the Wirefly/Where Is My Order? (outsourced) customer service group on a 3-way call. The Wirefly reps identified themselves as Jake and Frank, but were anything but native-English-speaking. Customer Service had consistently put me on 10-minute holds and/or hung up entirely on me, while I was patient and calm. I'll never do business with them again, and hope to share my dissatisfaction with any/everyone who's in the market for a cell phone. Hello, Amazon!

Total Scam, no one answer the phones, automatic messages, the same story over and over, check back in 1 month. Its been 1 year,Im stil waiting for my rebates, and guess what their website cellphonerebates.com is not working at all. I bought the phone thru BUY.COM so I BLAME them.

I have read many horror stories about wirefly.com, so I thought of sharing my experience. My entire experience so far has been good. I ordered Samsung Solstice online, which came free after instant discount (so no need to wait for mail-in rebates etc). Phone came in after two days via Fedex. Now keeping my fingres crossed until service becomes active on my new phone.

I needed a new phone, so I searched the internet and found wirefly. I found exactly what I was looking for, quickly and easily. The ordering process was fast and easy, and I got my new phone in just 2 days. I'm very happy with my new phone and very satisfied with wirefly's help. They emailed me any updated info about my order and supplied me with a FedEx tracking # which was very handy. I recommend wirefly to anyone looking for a new phone!

Very bad experience. I would suggest never go for wirefly. When you order on phone the sales guys are taking wrong info and adding all unwanted accessories which were never ordered. When you call them to correct these the person says no way to correct them have to fresh order....looks like the person gets bonus for a new order....They are not concerned that for every new order they do crdit check which effects the score.
It takes atleast 5 days for them to do intial corresponding that they need Photo ID to be faxed.
To recieve the order they take 12 days after calling for 10 times. Always ask the customer representative full name and his dept and his ID# with supervisor name. As when i called back to complain they said there many with that name. Overall it was bad experience with wirefly. The problem i see is they have outsorced the customer care dept and people who talk doesnt understand the process in the US.

i am so happy that i bought my cell phones from Wirefly.com....the processing was too fast and they offered 2 day Fedex shipping free...and i recieved it within 2 days..excluding saturday-sunday.And everywhere i have to pay for the Razr motorola phone and with Wirefly i am getting $50 mail-in rebate....this is so cool..i opted for a family plan and i am getting $100 back...i loved shopping with Wirefly...and will refer my friends to buy from Wirefly in future...thanks again Wirefly

It is really too bad that Wirefly has no customer service, their website and prices are good. When other reviewers rate their service as horrible, they are telling the truth. I tried to buy a set of phones from them, but due to a problem with transferring our numbers, the delivery was held up. I got an email to contact them. The problem is you can't. Their automated phone service says order is in process and hangs up on you and their is no option for a real person. Their automated emailer doesn't like something on my home (linux) or office (xp) system. I shop a huge amount online and this time I broke my golden rule -> if someone is not responsive to questions, don't buy from them. I should of checked or googled for reviews of wirefly before I choose them. Luckily I cancelled my order and will now probably buy from the Verizon Store. Oh well, live and learn.

My experience was horrible! I ordered a telephone from Wirefly. They sent me an email the next day saying that I needed to call them asap. They then told me that I needed to pay $50 more than they had charged me online. (Oct 8th) October 9th I called because the phone didn't arrive and it was supposed to be shipped the next business day. I was told that it was out of stock and that it would be delivered in 3-5 days. I am still waiting and it is the 16th of October. I called and they had yet to ship my phone. They told me that it would be 3-5 more days because it was still out of stock. I asked to cancel my order.I had to ask 4 times! I asked to be refunded and they said the refund would take 5-7 days. At this point I really don't believe them. I asked for a US customer service number because the calls were all outsourced to another country. I called the US number and it rang with no answer until it automatically disconnected. Would I shop here again? Absolutely not!

They might have cheap prices, although you can always find better deals at amazon or wirelessbuy, but their service is horrible. Needed a warranty repair and after 6 calls, 2 hours in waiting line, several not honoured call back promises and a different story every time they finally confirmed that they do not service warranties. Take your money elsewhere and never look back at those crooks

Although the order was processed excellently; the phones were shipped on the 30th of March but not received until the 4th of April. The really bad part however is that the phones were activated and being billed to me 5 days before I received them. In addition the assigned phone numbers were not even local to my area. (Area code 512 vs 210)

I loved it, the only thing was I was an existing cingular customer prior to my purchase and i continued my new service with cingular and i kept recieving e-mail information on porting my number? in the end it didn't apply to me but i was very concerned about my cingular service due to the e-mail information. Otherwise everything was very clear and very easy and awesome! Thank you

never again will I shop on the inernet, you can't ever get ahold of any body and then you wait 2-3 days and then you find out they can not ship your order. It is better just to go to the store and get what you need at least you will get it.

I had a great shopping experience - my phones arrived in great condition and we were using them almost as soon as they got there (Cingular and my former provider had some issues with the phone number transferring, but that had no connection to Wirefly whatsoever.) I am extremely satisfied.

Regarding the rebate. It was listed on the web site (70 dollars) and in my material recieved with the phone. I was instructed to go back to the web to print the rebate form. It was not located on the web, I looked several times and could not find it. When I contacted customer service they said, I was not elligible for a rebate? If I thought I was then I was to send proof. Well the web site changes almost daily so how was I do send proof.
