Do not know how this business stays in business! I ordered a camera 3 weeks ago. Was given a high pressure sales pitch to order additional items. WHen I said "no thank you" they got rude and hung up the phone quickly. I called 2 times and sent 3 emails in the interim, trying to find out the shipping status of my camera. Never any response or return call. Today, on my 5th inquiry, the sales guy told me the camera was out of stock AND the order was cancelled. Unbelievably, I had not even provided my NAME or ORDER NUMBER, but was told it was cancelled! I asked how he could say that without me giving my order number or name! He just said "sorry, your order is cancelled" and hung up! They answer the phone "The Camera Store" although they are also known by Wawadigital. Not sure what kind of operation it is! Avoid this company!!!!! Scary!

I ordered a digital camera from this site and, per the instructions on the receipt, I called to confirm the order. When I did this I also had a technical question on the camera itself. The person did not answer my question, and when I re-asked it, he became patronizing, abusive - even called me "slow" and "an idiot". When I became offended at this, he canceled my order! I would not recommend this site to anyone. The price was low, but I easily found the camera I was looking for at an even lower price. VERY bad customer service!

This is NOT a legitimate company and they stole my credit card info!! I've since reported them to ABC News, the Federal Trade Commission and even the Better Business Bureau. I have 3 university degrees and even I was duped!!

I don't know how this place is still in business. Ordered a camera, called to confirm(not sure why I had to do that), camera was not a US model so I told the guy that I would have to call him back. He said my order is canceled and I can not order from them again. He then started flowing verbal insults and then hung up on me. Not the kind of shop that I want to do business with. If you do not go along with what they want they cancel your order, verbally abuse you, and then hang up on you. I wish I could take back my credit card number because I don't want these guys to have it!!!

wawadigital has given me very good service in a number of purchases, and no problems. I will definitely use them again.

I put in an order for a camera, listed "in stock" on the website. I got an email asking to confirm the order by phone. The salesman tried to sell me an extra battery, which I declined. All of a sudden, the camera was "out of stock for 3-4 weeks". Then, when I politely asked why he wanted to sell me a battery for a camera that was out of stock, he cursed at me " you f**** ....". I cancelled the order. STAY AWAY.

My sales rep was Chris and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He made several suggestions for accessories that I purchased along with the camera overall very good buy.

wawadigital had the item we needed at a lower price than their competitors and was shipped in a timely manner. Thank you.

THIS IS ONE THE PLACES I ALWAYS HAVE ORDERED FROM AND THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT WITH THE GREAT SERVICE. THANKS FOR THE SERVICE WILL SHOP AGAIN FROM HERE

I have found out that all the 4 check rating are from Wawa camera sale people. In other words they are all FALSE ratings. If you are stupid go ahead and give them a try
Believe me pay a little more and get what you want. These guy are the true rip off artist.

I ordered a Canon Camera because of the low price but was charged for 3 cameras(There is no confirmation before you order). Hard time to get through to customer service but that was not a big deal.Canceled the extra cameras and then tried to sell me an overpriced battery that was the special of the day. When I told him I could actually get a Canon battery $50 cheaper, he called me cheap, pointed out that Canon did not have the quality of his generic battery and said he was going to call my wife to ruin the Christmas gift. I laughed but he carried on and actually got angry when I did not want to purchase his extended warranty. Unbelievable Scammers

I called to ask a couple of questions about a camera, the salesman Gary, used alot of profanity and told me he would answer no more questions & if i wasnt going to purchase the camera he would hang up. I then called back and got Ronald on the phone, he just plain hung up on me! I guess its true you get what you pay for!!!! I wouldnt purchase a thing from them, I would sooner pay more money and be treated with respect. Not cursed at, for no appararent reason! These 2 people have got to be some of the rudest people i have ever encountered and to think i was actually going to buy there, maybe they did me a favor and showed me their true colors before i invested my money. In any case BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! CALL THEM BEFORE YOU BUY ON LINE, LISTEN AND SEE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST THOUGHT YOU OUGHT TO KNOW!

I ordered a Sony camcorder from WaWa Digital. The first warning sign was that 5 minutes after I placed my order, a Wawa saleman called and informed me the battery for the camera I purchased would only last 10 minutes !! When I questioned the validity of his statement (Why would a company like Sony sell such an inferior product), he backed off, said thanks and hung up the phone.

A week or so latter, I called to see the status of my order and was told it was canceled due to unavailability. When I asked why, the customer service rep. told me the camera was F...ing unavailable, said don't call back and hung up. I can only assume that there low prices are a way to sell add-on items, and when they are not successful, they cancel the order!!

BUYER BEWARE!! CC Scam. They offer low prices and take your CC info only to cancel your order without telling you.
This IS the store your mother warned you about. They are rude, insulting and give there faith a bad name. Do not buy anything from them no matter how good it seems.

I purchased a digital camera, and was called that evening to ask if I wanted to purchase a memory card for $100. I canceled the order.
