Terrible! I waited for the shelving/storage sale to buy some DVD/CD shelves & just before the sale started, they upped the price, so that when they went on sale they were close to the non-sale price. When I contacted TCS customer service to say that I'd specifically waited for the sale because I'd planned to buy at least 10 of those items (and see if they could do anything about it), they could not have been less helpful or less interested. Needless to say, I didn't buy them & won't set foot in that store anymore. They've lost a customer in me (and I'm a shopper!).

Total lack of customer service. Their "customer disservice" reps. have a "I don't give a damn" attitude when dealing with customers.
After they missed a scheduled delivery -- driver didn't show up--they refused to acknowledge that no one came. So not only do they not apologize but take a just re-schedule the delivery attitude...!!! They don't give a damn about their customers' time.
Also, it's impossible to get beyond the regular reps. as they refuse to transfer you to anyone higher up and if you ask for the name, they also refuse to give you a last name or employee number.
What a disgraceful company....it's not like they are "the" inexpensive/off-price alternative to put up with so much crap!! Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!
