Very simple and straightforward, one page in out done. Only "unique" concern is that some products (i.e. books) don't have part numbers. Otherwise - one of the better online ordering experiences.

This is truly a lucky find these guys are living up to reputation working hard and beating the big boys at E-sales.
If they have what you need on there list of cool gadgets and must have life accessories then your in luck and should order from them.

The shipping is cheap and service is beyond standard expected.

I placed an order with this company a few days ago and was pleased with the quick response and also how easy it was to place the order. I have ordered with 'The Best Things' before and was pleased with the delivery time then.

Would do business again. The parker pen I purchase was packed very securely and shipped quickly. I ordered the pen on a Monday and it arrived on Tuesday.

Very nice site. The concept is appealing. They sell very brand name merchandise at competitive pricing. My experience was very satisfying. Here's the thing...I was in the market for a Canon 10D SLR. I saw other sites that quote deflated prices and either sell gray market cameras or try to sucker you into buying accessories (or that stupid extended warranty) that are way inflated or kill you on shipping and handling charges. In addition, I was dreading that 'confirmation call' when the salesperson on the other end won't take 'no' for an answer. Everything including the accessories are priced to sell and comes with full manufacturer's warranty They quoted me a price that was $100 less than what most other sites were charging for the same item.

No one called me to sell me anything, and my item shipped the next day as advertised. I shopped on a secure site and I was charged when the item was shipped instead of when the order was placed which you think is just automatic but some Internet merchants just don't get it.

I will shop here again and have bookmarked the site.

I have been considering the purchase of this plane for quite some time now. If it were not for The Best Things, I still might be considering it, instead of actually buying it. There are only a dozen, or so, of stores on the internet that carry the Lie-Nielsen line of planes, and their prices seldom vary. The Best Things was one of the first stores that had prices below retail. Ordering at most online stores is a "slam dunk." Select the item, follow the prompts, and send it. It's no big deal. My circumstance turned out to be a little bit different in this situation. I wanted a special part that the manufacturer made for this plane, the improved cap iron. I emailed The Best Things to see if this was an option. The next day I received an email from them saying that it would be no problem. I called the order in that afternoon, it shipped out that evening, and I received my new plane right on time.

I ordered the latest Powershot digital camera on Monday;was told it would be sent the next day & would arrive by UPS in three days... On Friday the camera arrived in Florida! I was able to track it's progress. It will be my pleasure to deal with The Best Things Online Store again... Cordially Dr. M

I ordered a digital scale from The Best Things on a Friday evening. They had it for sale for $10 less than other places I saw online. I received an e-mail notice saying that it would be "shipped today", and received it on Tuesday afternoon - very fast! The product came in good condition and it works as it should.

I received a receipt after they had processed the order, and am happy with their service. If I need something later that they sell, I will likely buy from them again.

I have nothing but good thing to say about "The Best Things". Their prices are the lowest, their shipping cost are just that, shipping only with no added handling charges. They ship quickly and any time I've dealt with customer service they have been friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also they have a very diverse and high quality product selection

Price for the Canon Rebel camera was reasonable, and since this merchant was local to me, I assumed that delivery would be quick. Although I wish you could look up order and stock status on their web site, I was extremely pleased as I received merchandise 3 business days after my order. I will shop there again.
