Everything went fine, but I would prefer that companies ship via the USPS, because they know that my mail is being held when I'm out of town. Other shippers just leave it on the doorstep, where it can sit for days, signalling to the world that no one's home.

They have great bargains, but make sure things fit before you buy them. I had tried on a pair of Ryka running shoes at a local shop and knew they would fit. With the money I saved, I ordered a pair of dress shoes. They arrived, but they were too big. When I read about their return policy $6.95 for each return, I decided it wasn't worth it to try the size smaller and sent them back. Read more

The shipping time was a little longer than I'm accustomed to, but wasn't terrible either. I wasn't in a hurry for the shoes, which was a good thing. The sandals appear to be good quality, but the sizing seems to be a bit "off." I ordered a 7 wide and they are narrower than what I would expect of a regular size 7. I've never worn this brand before, so it's probably my fault for thinking I could shop online without being very familiar with how the brand runs in terms of size. The color (yellow) seems I bit "off" too from what I expected, but again not terrible. I was expecting a great quality shoe and the price attracted me. The quality does seem okay but I've not worn them yet. I think I will stick to shopping for shoes locally. I can probably do just as well price-wise and at least I'll be sure they fit and the color is what I'm looking for. Read more
