Beware of buying Motorola cell phone batteries from SF Planet!! If you need a BT60 SNN5782B or SNN5782C 1100mah battery for your Motorola phone do NOT buy from SF Planet. SF Planet instead sent me two very old SNN5744A 1000mah batteries made in 2006 ...

I order a battery charger for my sony from amazon.com. It never arrived at my house after more than 20 days. I sent 2 emails to them, no response at all. this site is kind of scam. DO NOT BUY FROM SF PLANET.

Not item listed. Would never buy from a store that lies. Don't use this link!!! Use a different link instead. I looked for an I pod the description was for an ipod but the product was a case for an ipod when sent to the site.

 RECEIVED a non-working BLUETOOTH H710 !

I purchased a H710 bluetooth - rubber around the ear worn out on my old one..... Love it so I purchased another one. Fully charged it and it still does not work.  I went to their web site to get a phone number to return - no number just a address to return.  AND it's not that my phone and this bluetooth isn't compatible because I currently uses this one, I like it so much that I purchased another.  I am NOT please with my first order from SF Planet.  I will NEVER purchase from them again.  You live and learn!

I returned the broken Bluetooth they had originally sent me and they still have not received the replacement.  I email them 4 times to see if the replacement had been mailed out and to no avail I have not heard or received a returned email.  Just before writing this review I emailed them again and of course still have not received and answer.  Trust me -- They will NEVER get my business again.....NEVER!!!!

This is a lesson to be learned.  This makes me to continue to use Verizon Wireless.

I attempted to purchase their "15Gb iPOD" and it kept sending me to a place to buy a "case" for this "15Gb iPOD."

This seems very shady to me. I would not trust them enough to buy anything from them.

I was upset that there was no phone number to contact anyone. The on line tec support did not help the situation. The cable I ordered was fine and shipped fast. The phone case however was ordered payment made, but never receaved the case. After two weeks of sinding online messages I found out the case was out of stock. If they would contact you by phone or e-mail it would make thangs alot better.

Placed an order for 2 of the same items, when only one arrived, I contacted the company and with-in 6hours the second was shipped... with an apology. Great people to do Business with.

SF planet do not specify where an item is to comne from, I was insistant I did not want a Chinese phone but they went ahead an sent one from China. This ended up costing me more as I had to then purchase maps for the Navigator which would have been included in genuine Australian model for free. I also am concerned of not having Australian warranty on my phone now!

Worked fine. Transatlantic post is always a pain but that's not the merchant's fault. The item seems unavailable in Europe (!) hence shopping in US.

As soon as I completed the order a message has been sent to me saying that my order has been shipped I was then expecting that the item would arrive to my address in 3 or 4 days. When it did not I was a little worried except somewhere in the agreement that 3 or 4 weeks could be the delivery waiting time. I received my order earlier than specified but later than what i was expected to believe based on the date of the message "my order was shipped'
