I ordered a notebook battery for my HP. The product shipped immediately and without any problem. Then, I called them to inquire about an AC Adapter. They had it, were very helpful, and shipped it that day. Good prices, good products, prompt shipment, and great service. What's not to like?

I was a little worried about buying a new battery for my computer from an online store (I usually play it safe and buy replacement parts from the same company as the original product). But this battery was so much cheaper that I thought it'd be worth taking the risk - and it was. The battery arrived in 1 week, in perfect condition, and is working well. Do not buy from this store unless you are 200% sure the product will work with your peripheral! The product they sent me was defective and I wasn't refunded for S&H and charged a restocking fee for a DEFECTIVE product! I bought the adapter for 31+7S&H. By the time I was done with this whole thing, I was out an adapter PLUS an extra $22. I was only refunded a mere $15 out of $38 for my troubles.

For Dell users, please purchase from Dell - it's worth the money and saves you all the trouble.

This is a good source of quality computer accessories. I just received my Power Adapter and it works like it should. It has an odd plug but Replacement Power had it, and at the lowest price.
