May not be the real brand. Could be counterfeit or knock-offs. I ordered Ampad pads. Noticed a difference in the color of the label, as if it was copied on a copy machine. Also notice the quality of the lined paper was different. Called Ampad for information. They sent me a sample of their pad with the original label which is darker. The paper was not the same.

Merchant had the picture of a different item displayed (same type, different shade), and refused to pay for return shipping. In fact, at this point they have chosen not to provide an RA number, so the item cannot be returned even at my own expense!

I just bought a Fellowes Monitor Stand and it got here in only 3 days. The item was packaged great in original box and brand new. The price was a 1/3rd of what I found anywhere else including shipping,($20.73) I will be buying again from these guys.
