Website is easy to use. Customer service was outstanding. I received an email advising me that an item was out of stock (even though the website said they had it) and when I called the store, the guy put me on hold and walked out to the warehouse just to make sure. He confirmed it, but then offered to remove an item from a set just to ensure I received one as promised. I will absolutely use these folks again just because of their customer service. By the way, order was shipped next business day as promised and I received it within 2 days with just ground shipping.

On September 8 I ordered 5 Global Knives, a Global Knife Steel, and a Global Knife Case from MetroKitchen. I had absolutely no problems with the order. The order was undamaged and in excellent shape. The order came in 3 days time, which is very quick. The website is also very secure. I had to call them to verify the order I made online and the guy at customer service (I think his name was Ryan) was very nice! After your order has been verified, they give you a ups tracking number so you can see how long it will take to deliver and where it is at. Overall, this is a great website to order your kitchen appliances!

I wish there had been better descriptions or pictures because the lids had different styled handles and rims around the lid itself, and I did not realize they would be different. No big, I suppose, but one is shaped so it fits on my mother's wall and the other is unwilling to hang up there with the rest of her collection. :-) Read more

This was a satisfying purchase on all counts. A second purchase a week or two later of another product, a scissor sharpener, did not go as well when the product arrived defective. It would not run when turned on. I returned the scissor sharpener today under the very satisfactory procedure detailed on the back of the packing sheet and confirmed by telephone - one by me after hours to a recording, and the other by a call to me by the company representative.
