tracking order number wasnt provided for my item like it was supposed to be...also was sent thru DHL instead of fedex like i was informed...but otherwise, great product. great customer service when i called for help.

I really appreciated not having to pay shipping charges. I know most retailers use elevated shipping charges to gain extra profit. Your products were priced less than any other supplier (including Walmart) and you shipped them to me for free keeping the price lowest. I will certainly order from you again and again as long as I get the same good service, low price and free shipping. Your web site was easy to use too. Thanks

I made my traditional order and recieved a email a week later saying they are contacting my doctor for my prescription. That Perscription is on file with you and has been used to order many times. I do not understand what is going on. I will be looking for another vender next time.
