The down rod was lost. After the merchant was informed that it was missing, they did nothing to help find it. They just said to wait. We waited 2 more weeks and had to call again. At that time they shipped us another one. The light fixture that went with our ceiling fan was delayed twice before it was sent to us.

The lamps were in good condition when they arrived except for the part where the bulbs screw in. They forgot to put the protective wire frames on for shipping and one was very badly bent. the other was also bent, but not as badly. I did manage to straighten it enough and the lamps still worked.

The shipping charges were steep and I phoned to try to get a break on charges or a discount on my order - this was not my first order with lamp plus. I did not succeed.
I am satisfied with the chairs but I have to reupholster the chairs because the material is much darker than what they appeared as online.
