I love the site, the selection of merchandise and now the service. I purchased a chandelier and 3 pendant lights to go over our bar area in the kitchen. It turns out that the bar area was only big enough for 2 pendant lights. I e-mailed customer service and they sent me all of the information needed to return the light for a refund. I will definitely shop at LAMPS PLUS in the future.

I received great service from Jean Carlo Guerra in your Customer Service Department. She was very helpful with my request to adjust the cost of the lamp which went on sale the very next day and she got me the discount! I was very pleased with all her help. You need to give her a raise!
