I was very disappointed in the quality and size of the lamps I purchased. I am hesitant to order from this retailer again online. When I have time, I will give the lamps to "charity" and use them as a tax write-off for a charitable donation. They were worthless to me.
The only reason I didn't return them is that I no longer had the boxes and did not feel up to packing or shipping them back or hasseling over a refund!!! I HATE the lamps!!!

Mt grandson wanted a lava lamp and after spending way too much time looking at local stores, I went on line and to say the least you had a very nice selection of these lamps.

I was disappointed because I called instead of doing it online to insure that the items were available and not back ordered. I had an electrician scheduled for input and only found out days later via email that some of the items were back ordered. Others were being delayed. The only item I recieved for my electrician was the fan light. Although the women helping me was terrific my frustration in delivery ruined my experience with this company. Sincerely

Always had good service; in-store service is better than on-line, on-line standard shipping is somewhat expensive and slow but the product was received when they said it would arrive and it was in perfect condition. It was as they said it would be.
