I did not use a credit card, but used snail mail with an enclosed check with the order number on it. Three weeks later, my order is still tagged as "processing". I know the overland mail system is slow, but our country's banking system is not. I am sure that if I had used a credit card, my product would have been at my door by now. Pity us poor souls who are using a system of purchase that used to work just fine for over a century.

It was a positive experience. I do wish they carried the fragrance that I was searching for, Tentations by Paloma Picasso. I settled for the items I ordered when I was unable to locate it. They did carry the body lotions but not the perfume.

When my rder did not arrive on time(for christmas) I e-mailed the company. I soon received a phone call from them explaining the delay. I found that quite nice. The only thing I would suggest is that since I ordered on 2-day shipping so it would arrive for Christmas, I wish they would have offered to send it 2-day air at the regular shipping rate.
