Pleasant shopping experience, but phone could use a little work.

Ordered Sony PC105 on Saturday with Fedex 2-day shipping. Received an email on Sunday from "Randy" asking me to call and confirm my order. I was concerned that they would try to pressure me to buy accessories or extra warranty etc.

Called Monday morning to confirm, but got Randy's voicemail - left my order number and asked him to call back. He never called back, but I got an email that same day with tracking number, indicating my camcorder had shipped. No phone conversation necessary, and no pressure to buy extras. Received the camcorder on Wednesday by Fedex.

Overall - well done; however (small point), would have been nice had they called back.

My camera came exactly as promised and a day earlier than expected. My order confirmation was prompt and concise.
My over all satisfaction was excellent. I thought it was a little strange that I was instructed not to call and that if I had that my order could take longer.(I'd drop that line) I will definitly shop with Digital Mega store again.

I called in and spoke to someone very nice, unlike the other companies ive dealt with , feeling like they want to get off the phone. I ordered a camera, bettery and a memory card. Everything came brand new and sealed just like they said it would be. Very happy with my camera!

I would recommend Digital Mega Store to everyone. They upgraded my order to express delivery for free, and everything arrived as ordered. My order was actually for my boss, and they didn't hassle me about using his credit card, like a few other places did that I tried to order from.

I would shop with these guys again for sure. The customer service people were both friendly and helpful, I received my order with in three days like they said I would, and best of all my video camera was $250 less than any of the local stores. Great job guys!

Not one bit of trouble during the whole transaction. I was searching all over the place looking for a DiMage A1 camera and these guys were the only ones to have one in stock. I chose to call and place the order and it was painless. No pressure to buy anything else, nothing. I chose to have the camera shipped by the cheapest means, FedEx ground, and it was here in my hands in two days! The camera was 100% new and all papers and equipment inside the box was wrapped in the factory paper. I would have no problems ordering from this place again!

Ordering was very easy. They called the next day to confirm my order. No hard sale on anything else. The price just couldn't be beat. I saved close to $500 on this Nikon camera with the rebate offer and their low price. No problems so far. Very satisfied with Digital Mega Store.

DigitalMegastore was very satisfactory to deal with. Linda my salesperson was helpful, efficient, and made a couple of helpful suggestions (at competitive prices) without pressuring, immediately accepting no for an answer. Delivery within five days. I would shop with her and them again.

No one beats their price. However, I wont shop with them since:
1. I was called to confirm my order and was pushed (with unfriendly language) to buy accessories. I didn't give in.
2. Site always says the product is in stock. But it was shipped to me 15 days later (reason being Sony didn't ship to them fast enough)

I sure am glad I chose u guys as my vendor. I did a lot of research beforehand. My order arrived before the expected time, very well packed and it works great. Delighted with you and your service.

easy to navigate site, low pricing ($230 for camera advertised/sold @ $299 locally), and efficient process. called after order was placed to confirm (preventing fraud and clarifying order). camera was as advertised, packaged efficiently, and arrived when expected. what more do you want from an online vendor?!
