Digital Delivered

My name is Dave miller and I live in California. I would like to share my experience with anyone looking to buy a digital camera in the near future. Deliver was very easy to deal with, no tricky follow up calls. I actually called after I placed my web order just to make sure everything went throght alright and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. Since then ,I have received the Canon Powershot S230 digital camera in a factory sealed box. I am truly satisfied with the service I got from them and will buy from them again as soon as I am in the market for electronic products.

I ordered a Olympus C50 digital still camera for a trip I was goin on last week. The camera I ordered elsewhere was lost by UPS and it would take a while for me to get a replacement. I did get the camera on time when I ordered from delivery.com shipped by FED Express. The overall transaction was really good and this store is excellent !

Liars! Beware! Promised a NEW Canon PowerShot S30 and shipped a used one instead. Very combative when I called. Offered to exchange but not refund without 15% restocking fee. Avoid them at all costs.

I have reviewed a few mail order companies that I've found on this and many other sites. I have learned many things with every purchase I've made. Always look at the merchant feedback columm to make sure others that have tried the service recommend the merchant. This is the main reason I chose Digital Deliver over many other merchants. The prices listed on the website were updated and current and the customer feedbacks were favorable. I will look into a digital camcorder soon after xmas and will check this merchant's price first.

I am happy to say that I found a new vendor for digital still cameras. I sell cameras in my town with computer systems we put together. Most other vendors don't sell to resellers.With DigitalDelivered I was able to set up a reseller account and I save money shopping the site.I will continue to buy from this vendor,Highly recommended.

The whole thing was great,just like I expected.I ordered the Olympus C5050 over the telephone with a sales representative from Digital Delivered and felt good about the deal.The guy I was dealing with recommended a few things but didn't shove them down my throat like others.I received a tracking number by email the next day and the box was in Texas 4 days later.Very easy to deal with and satisfactory delivery time.

We were searching the web for a Sony GVD800 portable video walkman.We are overseas on an army base and have no access to anything electronics there. Only very few merchants ship to military APO addresses and this store was one of them.I can't understand why so many stores avoid serving the USA military service by shipping the package by USPS.Not only did they have a great price on the player we needed but they shipped to our APO address!

No problems at all with the entire transaction. My order was made on the web and tracking information was available to me minutes after placing the order and I thought that was very cool. The entire process was streamline and very efficient. As far as the camera, I couldn't be more pleased with the price I paid considering the ridiculous retail mega store prices. Most of the stores here in town want at least $100 more for the same camera . THANKS (Rob Jones)

The digital camera we bought for our grandchilden arrived just in time for our trip to California where they live. My hasband and I love our Nikon CP4500 camera and we agreed to buy one for each grandchild. This might be a very complex camera for a young teen ,but there is no better camera out there. The price differs with many of the different web stores listed , here I found a good price and the delivery time was excellent.

Excellent indeed ! I usually would not take time out of my busy work day to post a review for a company without any personal interest. When I spoke to a salesman at Delivered.com he asked that if I had a good shopping experience , I would post a positive review. I did get the product as promised by the man on the phone and I am keeping my promise as well to share my positive experience. The camera was ordered by phone last thursday evening and I received the product on Tuesday morning.

We were actually surprised on how quickly the camera arrived at our house.We read on their website that it was faster to order by phone so we called.The sales person was helpfull and not pushy at all.Actually,he pointed out a few things about the camera that I didn't know about.About $30 minutes after I hung up the phone,I got an e-mail with my tracking number.I couldn't believe it,the camera was shipped already!I live over in Indiana and the camera was there 2 days later.Amazing deal with these guys and extremely quick delivery time.

Purchased Nikon camera all went well (major upsell requests from vendor) then... 2mo later camera died!!! calld many times for support NO help!!!! couldnt get any form of a reciept??? Many promises but nobody followed up and sent receipt - its all I needed for warrenty repair... 2 months later and no resolution... they wont return emails etc...

Thank god I used discover card... filed dispute :(

I HAVE A WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DIGITAL DELIVERY.COM,THEIR WEBSITE SHOW THE ITEM (DIGITAL CAMERA=FUJI FINE PIX3000S) AVAILABLE AND IN STOCK . I ORDER ONLINE AND AFTER 4 DAYS WHEN I CALL THEM THEY SAID WE CANCEL YOUR ORDER BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE IN STOCK AND THEIR WEBSITE KEEP SHOWING THE DIGITAL CAMERA IS IN STOCK. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ordered a Canon Elph 370z point and shoot camera for our son last year and he was so happy with that we wanted to buy our younger daughter the same camera.Because the camera is out of production none of the retail shopps were out of them and had the newere models {not as good as per consumer reports).On the internet a few companies had them but the price difference was amazing.There was about a $40 difference between the stores.Digitaldelivered had the lowest price and they had it available.I am very satisfied with the service and price.

These guys are shady. My husband bought me a digital camera from these guys, naively going on their rating without reading all the reviews. They sent our camera in the right box, but it was not sealed and had no warranty card. The web site sure does say new, and it appeared new, but had been opened. I called Cannon, and they said they would honor the warranty, so I will keep the camera, since I don't want to have anything else to with these guys. They also tried to sell my husband a ton of over-priced accessories, and were very pushy and rude about it. I will be sending a report to the BBB about them. I learned a lot through this process, and got lucky. Before buying a camera, make sure you get it from an authorized dealer. I found this out from Cannon, and it holds them responsible to Cannon if they try to pull a fast one. I don't understand why they are still in buisness, but I'll do my part to send a complaint, so hopefully they can be stopped.
