I have ordered several products from CompuBiz. Delivery is always on time and in tact. The product works well and I have never had to return an item due to DOA. I highly recommend.

CompuBiz USA was quick and easy to use. Drop down menus were simply. I had no problem navigating my way through the menus. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I purchased a product from Compubiz and was doing some more online shopping and came across a message board about internet dealers scamming unsuspecting customers. Compubiz was on that list of bad dealers. I saw negative reviews about Compubiz over and over on a message board forum saying they are the same company as EnterComputers. So I checked on some business owner look up sites and it was TRUE! Stay away from Compubiz and EnterComputers they are the same owners! They hide behind different company names. Thank god you are able to lookup owners of businesses to see who they really are. There is a message board I ran across that talks about internet scammers and Compubiz and Enterscomputers has come up numerous times. They are known to sell used and broken products that have been fixed as new products. If you dont believe me look it up and you will see its owned by the same people! I was lucky enough to cancel my order but I still haven't recieved my refund from these guys!

This is the second HP 2605DN printer we have purchased from Compubiz and it has been a very positive experience, both times. The sales department was very helpful, the printer was extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. We will definitely buy from them again.

The HP Printer that was ordered was not new as shown on the website. I do not recommend them to anyone.

i would be very careful with compubiz! i placed an order for a printer and they were nice enough to call me to say it was not instock. but was crazy was the next day i started getting all kinds of credit charges from all over the country as if my cc information was stolen. i know it was compubiz because this is my first purchase on this credit card. i filed a complaint but now i am worried my identity was stolen and could face even worse things. i pray this doesn't happen.

I have received my printer already, and i am very satisfied with this company's fast service. The amazing thing is that they had the best price for the printer i wanted and they offered free shipping with it.

very horrible dealer. stay away these guys are scam!!! will steal your hard earned money by selling you something used and not new!

I ordered an HP Officejet 4315 on April 30, 2008. Someone from Sales called to inform me that they were out of stock and they only have one "open box" in stock. They have no ETA for the brand new one. It was returned by customer but not because it was defective, they made sure that it is working properly and they gave me a good deal. I admire their honesty, other stores would keep mum about it and will just wait for the customer to complain.

product came used and obviously repackaged to look new. was not pleased with Compubiz. do not buy from these people they are here to scam you for your money. i should have read more reviews.

Kudos for an excellent line up of merchandise! I normally find those with your major competitors. Yours has a faster delivery service and reasonable prices. I will tell my friends about your site.
