Lovely items but orders missing pieces/incomplete. 3 long distant calls (no 800#) & email. Takes too long to receive missing items. Should expedite shipping of missing items but they don't.

I have been a customer of Collections.etc for years. They occasionally had bad product quality, but now it`s almost every package... I asked them for a copy of instructions they forgot to put in a box with electronics, and they said they will mail it to me, but now they refuse even to discuss the problem - which is making a copy of instructions on their printer or copy machine - and I`m left with that device I can`t set up, there are 3 buttons and dozens of settings - though it`s of a cheap kind too. I will never buy from them again.

I placed my order in mid November for holiday gifts (they do have really neat things for a great price) & it's February! Still haven't received my order!! I live in Hawaii & didn't expect this order to take this long. They keep telling me it's a problem with the shipper & that my order is on it's way (must have thrown the package in the ocean hoping it'll find it's way here?). I had even requested for fast shipping. If you haven't noticed, they don't offer Priority Mail. They had offered to send me a replacement but I would have to wait 60 days, under their policy. Well, there went the Christmas presents I had intended to give. The prices are good but delivery...well, I'm still waiting. I will not order from this company again.

I have ordered twice through Collections etc. Both times I have had to send the products back, because they have been damaged. Each time I have called they have refunded the product to me without having to return the package.

The customer service dept is crap. When you call you get someone who doesn't speak English very well.

After I had purchased with them, I found out that they were selling my information. I would recieve checks in the mail from some company. I called 4 or 5 times and asked them to stop sending them to me. All they told me was that they put a request in, but they couldn't guarantee it would go through. The next time I got a check in the mail, I called the company it was through. For 2 days I got nothing but a busy signal and then finally on the 3rd day I spoke to a lady who said that they would stop. I recieved 1 since and that is it. They have horrible customer service skills.
