I wonder sometimes what do consumers expect from stores.All I expect is 1)to place my order in a quick way, 2) to spend as little as possible, 3) to get items made of higher quality than the rags they keep selling in other places, and 4) TO RECEIVE ITEMS QUICKLY! ClassicCloseouts.com made my experience pleasurable, easy and quick. the prices are terrific in this day and age of high prices for inferior quality. Their website is easy to use. They have a large selection in sizes, colors and prices. I was very impressed as was most of my family that I bought clothes for. The best part is that returns are so easy - no arguments, no pushing to keep it even if I cannot get into a leg; no pushing to exchange-their refund policy is super and easy to obtain.

Don't believe me. Don't take advantage of this great deal because there will be more for me to choose from and save.

I realize the dependability in receiving what you order with this company is questionable, but come on - it's worth the gamble! With prices like these - TAKE THE RISK! The merchandise is excellent quality and I've received MOST of what I've ordered. Don't expect speedy shipping though (at least a week turnaround). I love shopping here for the prices, and again, excellent quality!

I ordered some items in July of 2006 and returned the items in August of 2006. I have yet to be issued a credit to my card. There is no dispute that the items were returned. I have emailed the company more than 6 times over the past 3+ months and they offer no explanation other than we are looking into it and sorry. I finally reached someone at the company and the individual couldn't explain why the credit was not issued. He was less than helpful. When asked for the number for the finance dept, he said there was none. I have never dealt with such an inept and unpleasant customer service department. A complete joke

Knock on wood, I have never had a problem with this store. I placed my order and received it within about 7 days. My orders say when I am supposed to receive my order and I have always gotten my stuff before that date.

This store has nice stuff at terrific prices. I did most of my Christmas shopping last year from this site and I plan to do it again this year. You simply can not beat the prices!

The only caution I would give to to be careful of the sizing. I found most of the tops to be junior sizes instead of misses so they are smaller. Watch the sizes and you'll be fine!

Sure, my order arrived quickly and the price was great. But these clothes were NOT true to size - I ordered an XS and it was falling off of me. They are also thin and downright cheaply made.
That's no big deal, I just needed to return it. Well, here I am THREE months later with no refund and a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I can't tell you how many times I emailed and was never acknowledged. Good luck trying to find a phone number anywhere - I finally tracked it down (866)422-6397. Many of you will need this when you don't get your refund either!

*My advice - check out the BBB before ordering ANYWHERE on the web. If I had seen how many complaints they had, I would have never ordered.*
