I am totally satisfied with Blinds.com & the over-all performance. I have in fact, e-mailed all my friends and family as well as co-workers to check you guys out and see for themselves, they will not be disappointed. The measurements on our blinds came back perfect and the quality is great. I have done a lot of shopping around at some of the top stores & blinds.com by far beats price, quality and service.

I placed my order by phone and the woman that helped me was very helpful. She even held up color samples to the sun light shining in the window in order to give me a better idea of the actual color (at least she said that's what she was doing when she placed me on hold momentarily)!! And the color matched perfectly, too! I have ordered quite a bit of merchandise on-line, or by phone, and very few people have ever gone out of their way to provide such personalized service. Customer service means a great deal and, in my opinion, makes the difference between a good business and a 'great' business! You can count on my 'word-of-mouth' advertising!

This was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. We ordered ten sets of faux wood blinds and each one arrived perfect. They fit our windows great, they were packaged securely and shipped timely, the blinds are of great quality and added so much to the look of our home. I can't think of anything I would suggest they change. A great product with excellent service all a great price.

Shopping with Blinds.com could not have been easier. The website is very informative and the selection of blinds and shades is extensive. The only hard part is deciding which to select. Fortunately, Blinds.com makes that easier by providing free samples of their products.

I was so happy with your products and services that I would definitely shop here again. Your website said that it would take five business days to make one type of blind and three business days to make the other so when my blinds arrived on the fifth business day I was more than pleased. I had a small missing part and a damaged valance return which were not a big deal but when I called your customer service line (both times) your staff was amazing. They were friendly and addressed the issues right away. The parts arrived just a few days after my conversations with them. Thanks for being so customer focused.

The service was excellent.  We were missing an end cap and I emailed customer service and in less than 24 hours I had a reply that it would be taken care of.  Shortly thereafter the part arrived in the mail, no questions asked, service is the tops!  All the blinds work and even when calling to ask a question the customer service reps are so down to earth and helpful.  Thank you!!! We have our whole house filled now with blinds from blinds.com.

I have ordered 2 sets of blinds from blinds.com and have had great experiences both times. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had the cheapest prices by far. My 2" Hunter Douglas wood blinds arrived in about a week after I placed my order and were in perfect condition. All mounting hardware was included as well. The live chat feature on their site is great for customer support inquiries, however I have not had to deal with phone support so I can't speak to that. My only minor complaint is that my order status page wasn't updated with a tracking number once the blinds shipped. I e-mailed their customer support and they got back to me with a tracking number the next day. All in all, I had a great experience and will be ordering from them again.

Shopping at Blinds.com - the prices were cheaper than others - they were more convenient than others - more inventory than others - their quality is better than others.    I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend you (and I have).    the blinds make the room perfect.    I have rated your product a 5 star across the board on your website.   thank you.

The only tiny thing that I may have had changed was being notified the status of my order, which wasn't even necessary, because by the time I started wondering when my blinds would arrive, they had already been delivered that day! My experience at blinds.com has been wonderful. When I began this process I was very nervous about ordering my blinds on line. The decorators at Blinds.com made me feel so confident in my decision and helped me make so very wise decisions. The color match was perfect and I have received many compliments on our blinds. when I called to check on the order, the lady that helped me was super nice. I wish I had her name to thank her again personally. I'd say she was hands down the NICEST person I have ever dealt with over the phone.

Also, the order was perfect when it got here. Well packed, and everything fit. No instructions, but I'm a guy and don't read them anyway.

I'd recommend Blinds.com to anyone ..... especially dopes like me that have bought them from Lowe's or Home Depot in the past. You have to get them cut to size by a surly "associate", then remove slats yourself, shorten the strings, etc. etc.

Much, much easier to order them to fit, and just hang them up.

Blinds.com gets an A++++++++++++ in my book.

Overall I've been quite satisfied with my experience with blinds.com.
The ordering process was easy, the blind arrived quickly and as
expected, and fit perfectly. Even installing it myself went well. My only
problem, and this is probably my fault for not thinking it through, is
that the blind is so long, that when I raise and lower it it feels
unstable.
Almost as if it is too heavy for the cord. I should have paid the
extra money for continuous cord loop I think. Live and learn I guess.
I'll certainly know better next time.
