It was an easy and good experience and the lger. pint (65) quantity I found only with you. As we had two floods here in NY state since June 2006 , my basement has never become dry. I feel that your company has helped me tremedously. There was another company with dehumidifiers that offered free shipping, but I preferred to pay the shipping and felt that the product you have is more adequate. Thank you. Sincerely, Judith Overby

Order was easy to place. It was shipped quickly. Arrived timely. Machine works well and appears to be an excellent product compared to its competitor products. Other vendors I looked at didn't carry this brand but had another brand I found to be very unsatisfactory. I would definitely go to this vendor first in the future.
