Product was received on time. However, the product is inferior and useless. The instructions were included.
This is a very messy procedure. The quality of ink in the refills is abhorrent. This product is a total and complete waste of my money. I feel I was duped. This product is not fit for marketing for distribution and should be banned from being sold.

Exactly as expected. Depending on long-term quality of paper (see if prints fade sooner than other papers, etc.) i will definitely use them again.

First BC-02 cartdrige was defect, called and received second cartdrige in short time but it was also defective. Called right away but third cartdrige took 3 weeks to get! Glad I didn't need it right away. Finally got a good one but I won't buy again. Too much of a hastle...
