RE: Goodbye, But Not Gone

Jeez, I get way busy at the new job, and you drop this new job when I swing by. Great. Just great.

Ah well. All good things must end, and I hope your new endeavors bring you great joy. You've been a huge asset here, and Epinions has some mighty big shoes to fill.

Metaphorically, anyway.

Best O'Luck !!

Best wishes in your new venture - you were one of the few old-timers left. (I'm still hanging onto my Epinions fleece jacket though!!)

Regards

John

So today's the big day huh .....

I know that "in real life" Garrett is more than Epinions.

I just got so used to seeing you here, in that capacity -- but everything changes and I wanted to chime in with the well wishes.

Hope to see you around the site. Thanks for all the times you took the time to answer me personally.

Kimm

I still have had several occasions to be grateful to Garrett. He not only knows answers, but delivers them class.

Today was my last day in the office and I drove away from the big building for the last time as an employee.

Thanks for that.

...If I had some Epidolls to send you, I would. Cuz I know you'd love to have them around forever and ever.

Hehehehehe.

If you could keep the feet and hands from falling off, I'd take them all.

As it is, I took a bunch of old Epinions folders.

New job? You left your old one?

Thanks. I think the shoes can be filled. If I left them unfillable, I probably didn't do my job very well.

Yes, in real life, I'm really just dad and that's pretty much it.

You'll see me around. And aren't you in the Facebook group? Or no?

Sorry to see you leave Garrett. You have made so many improvements on this website, and made it possible for us to increase our earnings, especially over the past year. Good luck in the future. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet in in Atlanta. Cheers! Sheila

Much success with this transition in your career. I'm sure your horizon and future is very bright with lots of prospects and adventure for a man of your talents.

Goodbye, But Not Gone

It's true. I'm leaving Epinions as the Community Liaison to a new start-up company that will allow me to further develop and enhance my community skills. It's not a competing website. I wouldn't have taken the job if it was.

Thanks,

GG

Fess up. I suspect that it has to do with Beverly Hills 90210 Version 2.0 Did you try out for Brandon? Or are you too old and will have to settle for Dad of Brandon? I heard that Zuckerman might come back too - but as the mother of someone. Maybe you two could get married or something :)

The CW is developing a contemporary spinoff of Aaron Spelling's seminal 1990s teen soap "Beverly Hills, 90210."

"Veronica Mars" creator Rob Thomas is in talks to pen the project, which has been put on the fast track by the network.

Details about the spinoff -- including which if any of the characters on the original series will make the transition to the new show -- remain sketchy. CW is expected to make a decision whether to order a pilot by the end of the month.

The spinoff is being produced by CBS Paramount Network TV, which absorbed original series producer Spelling TV two years ago.

Sources said "90210" creator Darren Star is not involved.

P.S. Now! Maybe we can finally learn the secret sauce ingredients (i.e. income share).

P.S times 2 - you're the last of the originals, right?

It's actually Hannah Zuckerman, Andrea's and Jesse's daughter.

There's not much I can tell you that would change how you earn IS.

Actually, Andy would be the last of the originals. He wasn't as early as I was, but he was definitely there before I left the first time.

Thanks.
