Baby Dill Carrots

We all need a change form the same old vegetables. At our house we seem to serve peas, corn and beans over and over again. These baby dill carrots make a great change, and are very attractive served in a pretty bowl everyone will want to try them. They are so easy to make with those baby carrots that come in one pound bags from your grocery store, easier than opening a can.Try them and let me how you like them.

BABY DILL CARROTS

1 pound fresh baby carrots
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or (1/4 teaspoon dill weed)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In medium size sauce pan bring 3/4 cup water to a boil.
Add carrots; cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes
or until tender.

Drain carrots return to saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients;
stir until butter is melted.
